Membership

Being a member of Animal Care gives you a real say in how things are done.  Whether this be at the AGM voting on important issues, representing the charity at various meetings and events or by becoming a trustee.

Trustees are selected by all members who attend the AGM and the positions include: Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary and up to 8 other individual people.  Trustee's make decisions on a day to day basis so need to have some or all of the following skills: Business skills, An understanding of the law relating to charities and businesses, Good communication skills and most of all everyone involved needs to have a great interest in Animal Welfare and a view to helping make sure all the animals that pass through our doors receive the best care and attention we can possibly give them.

WITHOUT TRUSTEE'S AND MEMBERS ANIMAL CARE CANNOT EXIST SO IF YOU HAVE A SMALL AMOUNT OF TIME AND LOTS OF ENERGY PLEASE PLEASE GET IN TOUCH FOR MORE DETAILS.

ANNUAL ADULT MEMBERSHIP IS:       £10.00 A YEAR
LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP IS:                £150.00
JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP IS:                      £5.00 A YEAR (unless an adult membership is purchased and then one junior membership is free)
